[Blockhead: Episode 8]

Very Good

I remember when I first saw blockhead on newgrounds. I was shocked to see that someone had presented that 'non sequitur' type of humour in a way that actually made me laugh. It was good back then and it has only improved with time.

I feel this is one of your best episodes. It is packed with gags and very skillfully put together. The whole thing flowed like few other movies I've seen in the portal, and the music was brilliant.

You probably would have achieved a higher score if you'd stolen a random anime theme song and placed it on repeat throughout the entire movie, though :P

Nice animation, however the script needs work

Like a lot of others have stated, the drawings are very solid. The animation is above average aswell, each scene looked great. However, like others have already mentioned, the script could have used a bit of work. The formula is very tired, and a lot of the jokes simply fell flat.

I am also a little confused about your replies to some of the other reviewers. You can't offend a large number of viewers, then try to defend yourself by saying "It's ok, I'm foreign too!". It is also very poor form to accuse the offended party of not having a sense of humour, without bringing your own valid points to their attention.

I know this was meant to be a satirical look at America, but surely even you can see how others could be offended. I would be very willing to overlook the offending comments if the satire itself was original or clever, but this is simply not the case. OK! Americans are self righteous, we get it!

It was pretty good.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, just another internet guy trying to be edgy. The game itself was pretty good, got a little boring though - there wasn't much variety between enemies. Also, for some reason I found that the fire button could be a little sluggish at times (even after waiting a few seconds between shots).

Like I said, it's a pretty good game overall, I'm impressed that you got it up so quickly after the incident.
